or phone call within 2 business days regarding backorder. Back ordered items will generally ship within 14-21 business
days after the order date. Every attempt will be made to get purchases to you as quickly as possible! If you ordered
several back ordered items we will ground ship each item as soon a they become available for no additional shipping
charges. We ship all orders ground shipping. USPS Ground or UPS Ground are how most of our customers in the

have fresh water outside the door, and they can sample one of our treats during the visit.
Make a date with your furry friend and visit us! All in one day you can visit our store in the dog friendly mall we reside in,
go to a local dog park, and eat lunch with your pup at a dog friendly restaurant called Harpoon Harry's right here in the
village. The restaurant requests that you keep your pup on a leash and sit outside on the deck.
Hounds on Henry Street is the local dog park located about a 1/2 mile from our company store on Henry Street / near
intersection of Shreve in Punta Gorda. This is a great place to let your dog release some energy and you sit, relax, and
paw through the newest issue of our favorite reading material, The Gulf Coast Dog Magazine! We give it two dew claws
up!!!
