How do I return or exchange an item?

Return & Exchanges Policy


Returned merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt.
We accept items for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items are given a store credit at our sole discretion after 30 calendar days. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• must arrive free of pet hair, smoke or other scents. Product must come back to us in the same condition it was sent.

• pet hair left on products after sending back for an exchange or store credit will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date

• unless noted that it cannot be exchanged or given a store credit or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately within 24 hours of receiving the purchased items. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will be addressed by customer service. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is defective. We are NOT responsible for issuing store credits on merchandise due to wear from your pet. We reserve the right to determine whether or no an item is returned is due to wear from pet.

Exchanges and Store Credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be credited.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. An item that shipped for free to you and you send it back we will need to collect to send products back to you second time around.

We are unable to give a store credit for any shipping incurred.

Should a address be supplied incorrectly and the package is delayed or lost in the mail and we have tracking showing it was delivered to address given we are no longer responsible for those items.
